We work with CalRecycle to collect and recycle tires that have been illegally dumped along roads, Interstate freeways, alleyways, waterways and lakes, in forests and parks, and on public lands. If you notice illegally dumped tires that need to be cleaned up, please contact us by using the form below.

For Government Agencies and Organizations

We also welcome the opportunity to collaborate with local government agencies on waste tire amnesty events for your jurisdiction’s residents. CalRecycle encourages local government agencies to partner with Local Conservation Corps — like us! — on their Waste Tire Amnesty Grant Program. To partner on this opportunity, email us at zerowaste@sjcccs.org.

For Residents

We host Zero Waste Saturdays every third Saturday of the month at 1560 Berger Dr., San Jose, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We also host partner events with different jurisdictions and organizations. Residents are welcome to drop off their waste tires free of charge at these events. We accept up to 20 tires per resident, per year. For information on upcoming events, view our calendar.

Please note that we are prohibited from accepting tires from commercial businesses.
